By accessing the website veteranmedicaldisability.com, submitting any form, uploading documents, calling or texting (334) 412-3729, or otherwise engaging the services of Veteran Medical Disability Group ("we," "us," "our," or "the Group"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
Veteran Medical Disability Group is a registered trade name and DBA of Taylor Internal Medicine of Selma, P.C., a HIPAA-compliant medical practice assisting veterans with medical disability documentation and independent medical evaluations.
We provide independent medical evaluations and opinions for veterans pursuing VA disability compensation claims. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Our services are limited to providing medical opinions and documentation. We do not provide legal representation, attorney services, or accredited claims-agent services unless expressly stated in writing.
Veteran Medical Disability Group is not the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), or any agency of the United States government. We are an independent, private medical practice. We do not issue official VA disability ratings, adjudicate claims, or make determinations on behalf of the VA. Any reference to "VA," "VA disability," or "service connection" describes the subject matter of our medical opinions, not an official VA action.
A Nexus Letter or independent medical opinion is one form of evidence that may support a VA disability claim. We do not guarantee any particular rating decision, grant of service connection, amount of backpay, or any specific outcome from the VA. Final determinations are made solely by the VA based on the totality of evidence, the effective date, and examination findings. Our success-rate figures reflect our internal letter acceptance, not VA adjudication outcomes.
We charge a transparent flat fee of $500 per Nexus Letter and $50 to add a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ). We do not take any percentage of your VA disability backpay, now or in the future.

This program is operated in compliance with the A2P 10DLC messaging framework and applicable carrier guidelines.

SMS messaging is used solely by Veteran Medical Disability Group for the case-coordination purposes described above. Your mobile number is never provided to third-party marketers, lead generators, or data brokers. See our Privacy Policy for our full data-protection practices.
